Chef Paul Casey, Owner & Chef is back in command of the kitchen after being on leave for 8 months. He attended Culinard Institute and has been featured in many magazines such as Southern Living, Southern Lady, and many more. He trained under the Brennan family restaurant Bacco in New Orleans. The Rock House restaurant has received a four star rating by many. 2005 Miss America Deidre Downs is a regular customer and enjoys the New Orleans atmosphere. Chef Paul is most known for his catering business Casey Catering. With a large deck to catch a nice evening breeze you can enjoy a specialty martini, or one of many wines from the large wine selection.

To let people know I loved the rock house , my girlfriend and I have been living i'n Houston , I just went out this morning hopping to see chef cast cause I went at least three times a week with business partners . To my disappointment there is a sad place called slice , I say sad cause they were bad mouthing the chef when I ask where he was same thing next door I have now found out that chef had cancer and is now back i'n catering I got his number from the barbque place and. The poor girl ask me not to mention she had his number since ,the owners were rednecks and very mean and shady and bad mouth the rock house and owner , here is his number I'm texing from my car . We had three parties with chef Casey and ate there 200 times and food outstanding, service , martinis , his bread pudding omg . I also like to set on the deck and listen to the wonderful music although next door I do remember the customers servers all being over the top with extra loud music and fowl language , so I heard a of lies today from the owners , they assumed I was going to dine there . I don't dine with bad people (they are the same people that had the oyster house if that doesn't say it all lol.. If you need a great party. Some of the best French Cuisine this side of the Atlantic. I wish I could convince the owners to move back from France and reopen. =(
