went there with my wife and four children...the staff were all smiles...are server Linda was the best server..she was very helpful...the food came out very fast..and was great..when we come back to town we will visit RIO"S

Went to Rio's yesterday and had a great time. We had a party of 12 and we all got Fajitas. I was very happy with the food. The service was excellent. Thanks Rio's. We will be back A++

Great dining experience from Rio Mexican Grille...Great Food, Great Prices, and Great Service ohh and Great margaritas :) Def going back again and went next door to Sharkys to watch the Yankees win!!!!

Our lunchtime dining experience was outstanding. We had chili rellenos & they were cheesey & delicious. Good sized portions & lunch time specials very affordable. Will definitely be going back.

We happened upon this restaurant driving by. Turned out to be a good decision. Best Mexican food I have had. Our waiter, Orlando, was top notch. We felt we were in a fine restaurant and valued as customers, despite our $6.99 price tag for our lunch. Not only were our orders great, but the sides of rice and refried beans were superb, compared to the chain restaurants. Everyone was friendly - the hostess, another waitress, etc. We will certainly return - great food and service for burger chain prices! Try the specialty margueritas.

This place was awful! You share a bathroom with the bar next door that appears to have drug deals going on in the bathrooms. You see bugs all over the place, and if get a certain waitress, be warned. She is rude, slow, and a horrible waitress. She spent the better half of the night trying to flirt with my husband, while the children and I just sat there. I told the manager and he said that was just her nature and that he would not fire such a good looking girl who brings in business...of all the nerve! We left as the meal was being delivered to the table by the waitress. I am placing a call to OSHA regarding this matter!

Our family visited Rio 2 weeks ago. We all left hungry. The prices were reasonable, but not for the amount of food we received. All 4 of us (including our two children) left hungry. When we spoke with the owner, he laughed at us and said "Oh well". I guess he thinks since there are a lot of tourists he does not need to waste time on customer service. Also, I ordered the steak taco plate. It was just two tacos. No beans, rice, nothing. It was $9.00. I could have gotten two beef or chicken tacos a la carte for $4.00! Don't waste your money like we did.
