Soon's may be the one of the oddest sushi restaurants anywhere, but the fish is fresh and there are true gems on the menu. First the restaurant is in an old neighborhood bar, and other than a few decorations there's no disguising that "bar feel." Bob (co-owner) doesn't really help to dispel that f...
Friendly Service, clean, Good food at a decent price with pretty large servings, nice atmosphere. If your looking for a new place to eat check it out! I would recommend it!
Very good food; best to call in ahead or you will wait for quite a while. My favorites: moo goo gai pan, orange chicken, sesame chicken, beef and broccoli, sw/sour chicken, egg rolls.
Stop crying people, who cares if the kid is rude. Its not really rude just cuts everything short, been coming here for almost ten years. Its right next to my house. Quality food, worth getting. Its not the best, but good enough. Its a carryout, who cares if he didnt hold your hand and give you ...

I've eaten here a number of times, and have found the food always good and cooked to order. The BBT appetizer is excellent! Sometimes the service is a little slow, but for a leisurely dining experience, that's not so important. I've not had the bad experiences other reviewers have indicated, and eve...
Cortese Resuarant is for me, one of the best places to eat. The food is always good and the portions are generous. Very friendly waitresse's and bartenders. They have entertainment several times a week, which is a big plus. The owner, his wife and family are always present and pleasant. They know the...

My fiance and I had been searching for a good, authentic Mexican restaurant in Kenosha, and Los Compadres is the best there is. The sign on their window says "Best Mexican Food in Kenosha", and it doesn't lie. Their ingredients - particularly their seafood - are fresh and of very high quality. The f...

This is the kind of place to take your date if you want to impress her with how much you spend. In other words, it's just plain overpriced for what you get. The server was nice, but a bit pretentious...I wanted to say, "Come on dude, you're just a waiter! Don't be such a snob!" The food was fairl...
I went here and the food was not good at all. They had a child behind the counter that could barely speak English and he gave us the wrong food on a takeout. Also it took about 30 minutes to get our food and it is overpriced.
Called for Carryout. One Beef with garlic. Very rude on phone. What Beef and Garlic do you want!...We have several! I want the one on the menu that says Beef and Garlic. Ok, that will be 45 minutes. No thanks...You just lost a customer.

Long wait and rude manager, Will never dine here again. My daughter graduated from college this day May 27, 2007 and our dinner celebration turned into a 2-1/2 hour long ordeal. Everything seemed to be going great until we ordered our food. Once we got our salads the wait began. The waiter at first...

Instead of going to Ruth's Chris, decided to try steak place close to home. We waited a very long time for our food. But, the waitress apologized and said that since the place was new, they were still working out the process. About six months later, decided to give the place a second chance. Wen...

My first time eating at this restaurant and my last. There was only one silverware setting for my friend and I. It was high priced for a Mexican restaurant (4.95 for 1 tostada-lunch special or 5.95 for 3 tostadas). Odd pricing, not reasonable. The waitress was extremely rude. We had to go get h...

This place has the worst food ever. Do not eat here, please, go anywhere but here. I am sick from eating there. Expensive, bland, and semi-rancid tasting food. The drinks even tasted funny. Really bad service and kinda smells moldy inside.

The Bartley House is supposed to be a Kenosha institution for good food. I emphasize the "supposed to be" in this review. Well parking was great and the guard was very nice. Tipped him to for the trouble. This is not in the best area of Kenosha mind you. Walking in we were greeted with a very neighb...
My friend and I had stopped at this restaurant for breakfast in Nov. 06. It was one of the worst experiences either one of us had ever had. The food was mediocre at best and we did not get everything that we were supposed to. When we politely questioned the waitress, she was very rude. She conti...
This place is every college student's dream. Open 24 hours, cheap really good food, and a smoking section. Don't let the thought of college rebels scare you into thinking this place is anything short of sweet though, the waitresses are superiorly friendly and polite and the food service is prompt an...

We regularly dine at Thai Gourmet. It is the one restaurant in Kenosha where we consistently have excellent food with excellent service. Recommended: Chicken Satay, Volcano chicken (beef, tofu, whatever is your favorite) puts on a great show with the flames that are doused with the delicious sauc...

My husband and I have enjoyed eating at the Thai Gourment restaurant numerous times and we are always pleased with the food and wait staff. They have recently added Sushi to their menu and I have been very impressed of the selection and quality they prepare. I highly recommend visiting the Thai Gour...
