Excellent Italian food - well-prepared - fresh - flarful. What more could you ask for? Oh - it's not expensive to boot!
Stopped in this past weekend for first time. Won't be the last, either. I had some of the best chopped pork BQ ever, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the ribs she ordered. Next time I think I;ll try the Sliced pork BBQ. All slow smoked over wood fire. YUM

I have been to Shogun on multiple occasions and am always welcomed by a friendly staff. The food is great! If you are looking for a friendly experience by a family owned restaurant this is where you should go!

My wife and I enjoyed our experience at the Shogun. The temperature was a little cold inside but other than that, everything else was great. Our waitress was a little slow but our chef was great. He joked with us the entire time he was cooking and made the experience worth it. The prices were fair b...
I love this restaurant, it is my favorite place to eat which is why I served PQ's at my birthday/graduation party. This party of over 100, raved about how wonderful it was.
Absolutely the best BBQ in the Richmond Area!
we have been going here for over 10 years, weve had them cater for our events and go there all the time. they have the best BBQ ive ever had, and the people there are truly nice.

We visited Shogun on two separate occasions. The first time the food was ok, however, I ordered the lobster, and it had spent a little to long in the freezer. After pointing this out, they offered to reduce our bill.
The 2nd time was a much better experience, the food was fresh, and well presente...

Great basic barbeque; plastic silver and plates yet downhome goodness...waitresses young but efficient...they get the food served and are adolescently sweet and worth a 15% tip.
