Excellent food, great ambience, and excellent service! Highly recommend for any occassion.
Just don't pay attention to the shabby horse statuette at the entrance, but look at the real- wood furniture, the table linen, the attentive waiting staff and, especially, the cleanliness. Sit down, relax and enjoy great food at absolutely reasonable prices. You will come back!
The food was average to good for sushi, appetizers, etc. in both presentation and quality. It's the deceptive service that earns this restaurant low ratings! I have been there at least 4 times but stopped doing business with them because the owners' wife (co-owner) who is a waitress/cashier is v...

The best Restaurant in the Rio Grande Valley. I have been to almost all restaurants Valley wide and Espana is the best.
This place is great. They need to expand out to California.

I wish that South Carolina had an El Pato because I would eat there everyday! Miss those Patos!!!
they have the best tacos they should make one in Holland Mi
Ohhhh how I love El Pato! Gotta have the corn tortillas with chicken and avocado and the hot sauce! Wish we had them in Harrisburg, PA! Coming to McAllen for Christmas and will certainly hit El Pato several times in the 10 days I am there!
I lived in McAllen for my first 18 years. I ate Pato regularly. Now I've been living in Dallas. And DAMN do I miss them 'Patos. Everytime I visit ( or 3 times yearly) I hit it up daily.
I have been eating at The Golden Corrals in the Claremoremore / Tulsa OK area for a long time and I think they are wonderful. Great to the senior as well to the children GREAT PLACE TO EAT.
People who say there are no high quality restaurants in the Lower Valley have not been to Espana.

Bad customer service drive trhu takes too long not completed order at the time to pick up no greeting to the customers & never say Hi.
Food cold, wait was very long, the tables were not clean. Expenive.
I think this is the best restaurant in town!!! I drive from San Antonio to eat at the great food the I grew up on!!!!!!
I feel sickened by the Golden Corral advertisements that show the man almost proposing to his girlfriend when he is hit in the head by the chef with a skillet twice. I dislike the violence that is supposed to be funny. I will not eat at Golden Corral if they must use violence to advertise their re...
