This is not a fast food joint. It takes anywhere from 45 minutes to hours to be seated. Once seated,you will wait again to have a server ask for drinks and drop a menu off. Finally, salad arrives and order taken. Good bread sticks and salad. Thank goodness it's all you can eat. Menu lists a fairly good selection but pricy compared to the same type food if ordered and consumed at other establishments. Dinner arrives, but must frantically locate wait person to refill beverages. If you expected to dine in South Texas (rural Mexico)and take a siesta, you chose the right place!

I have eaten at better olive gardens but the place is still good but maybe not up to par as to when it was first open.
