This was one of the worst restaurants I have even been to. Took forever to place order. Waited 30 minutes before food came. Food was cold. Order was wrong. Quality of food was awful.
They have really good food and the service is great. The two woman that works there go way out of their way to help you if you don't know what you want, very nice and will not cut you of short when you try to talk to them. More restaurant need people like them.

At lunch time the place was empty, I had the catfish and shrimp. The catfish was way over cooked and the shrimp was tuff. hush puppies were good though. For the $14.00 it was way over priced for what ya got.
food was great but sure did wish they had regular size ice teas.

Do not believe the reviews the owner writes them himself. They are rude and do not accommodate complaints they do not use safe food handling food is always cold and late

When a delivery order did not arrive in an hour I called the restaurant to be told it was out for delivery. After an additional 30 min., I called again to find the order had never been prepared. Needless to say I canceled the order, but this is the worst delivery service I've experienced in Arlingto...
I hate a trout served with carrot, corn and green beans. The fish was acceptable but the veggies were extra cooked and mushy. The manager deducted $1.00 from my check. What a pity! What about customer experience? No wonder why they serve what they serve with a manager like that. I will never return ...
I was there with my wife and kids and we were very happy with all, we ordered a few differents dishes and all was very delicious, I'm very comfortable with everything and I will be back soon and I also recommended to everyone's whose really like it the seafood dishes, thank you Max.
Bigotes may be a little hole in the wall but it is the BEST MEXICAN FOOD YOU CAN GET anywhere. The price is great . The people there are great. You will feel at home and love the food!!!! Lisa Mason and Chuck

Between 4 adults, we had a salad; a bbq sandwich; a sausage dinner and a beef dinner. We all tasted everything. Scrumdeelumsious!! It was a bit noisy for someone from a rural area and not around children but I'll brave it again next time I'm in Arlington.
this is the best kept secret. The BBQ is Great and the custome service is friendly. every things is home made and from scratch and has a small spiced flavor. I will be coming back. don't for get to try the homemade link.

Just a fyi.......do not park your vehicle in the parking lot while in 6 flags. The owner will have your car towed!!!! I was planning on getting dinner there but they had towed my car!!! This is no way to build a business by towing your patron's vehicles!
