Good customer service, but food is horrible. Pancakes are to small, sausage not cooked all the way, never going back.
When the restaurant first opened years ago the food was excellent and you received your monies worth. Today you get very little for your buck not to mention the prices are over the top. I currently live down the street from this restaurant, but I will travel to another part of the city when I am in ...
Convenient spot for a bite to eat if seafood is a must. Clean restaurant with good service. Food is uninspired with little flavor. Doughy flavor to the crab cakes and clams casino were greasy. The lemon wedges were fresh and tasty. Overpriced for what was served.
Hope the jazz is better, because the food and service is an embarassment. This place is sure to be an empty store front soon! Whoever owns this place should have saved the money they spent on decorations and used it to pay for a real cook and training for a wait staff.
Food was horrible, service was worse! What an embarrassment to be called a restaurant, let alone gourmet. Board of health should check out the food, especially the fish...fresh was definitely not part of any of the food we were served! McDonald's has better wait staff than this place! Slow servi...
I noticed that mention Kabul restaurant on your website. I thought I should make you aware of a situation this past weekend that may make you rethink this decision. My girlfriend and I entered this establishment at 9:30 on Friday night. Waiting at the appointed area to be seated, we were eyeballe...
The plan to go to Dolce / Paradigm began with high ambitions. I invited in friends from out of town to celebrate New Year's Eve. We reserved a table and I paid $450 in advance (this price included two bottle service bottles). Upon arriving at the club, they would not seat us at our reserved table...

I am writing this review after returning from a friend's birthday party at Vietnam Palace. The bill for the party of 16 ended up being a RIDICULOUS $600!!! THAT'S $40 person for barely any food. 15 dishes which averaged out to be $28 per dish. We did NOT order anything like lobster, steak, or alc...
Very disapointed with the quality of food and service. Visited restauant over Labor Day Weekend.
The pancakes were rubbery, the turkey bacon was scorched, the service was friendly.

From the wine to the appetizer and dessert, it was awful! I’m French and I was so disappointed by the food, the taste...and the price! I’m a shame of this restaurant stating that is French culinary experience. And it’s over priced. I will not suggest this restaurant at all. Please don’t think that ...

Teresa "Hogan" Gleason is a thief and the world should know about it before supporting her business. She refuses to return a security deposit or provide proper documentation for the coffee shop across the street from the bar. She took a $3,000 security deposit, which is 6x more than the propose...
One on the worst dining experiences I ever had in my life. My wife and I went on a slow Wednesday night 10 June 2009. The server gave us corn bread that tasted like it was at least a day old when we asked her to replace it with some fresh corn bread she replied "that they are making some fresh corn...
The voodoo shrimp was tasteless... the salad was gritty... the greens, macaroni and chesse were horrible. I chose take-out, so I wasn't aware until I got home that they did not include any barbeque sauce for my ribs, which most definitely needed sauce. The salad dressing was good.

NOVI IS THE WORST! I went for a pizza and some nice jazz music on a Friday night. The music was good, the food was just ok, the service was the worst I've experienced in years. From the time we sat down the waitstaff completely ignored us.... it was close to impossible to even get a glass of water...

We booked Cottage Green for a small funeral luncheon. Despite the fact that the funeral director called ahead (by 45-60 minutes) to Cottage Green to provide them with the count, when we arrived we were told that we were not on the list. The person then proceeded to ignore us and when we insisted t...

I visited Sadiki's on 8/21/08. I had an 8:00 reservation and arrived at 7:45. Was told by the hostess that she could not find my reservation and I would have to wait. I asked how long the wait was and she indicated she didn't know and was seating tables as they opened up. Strange, but okay. I a...
THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. THERE IS AN EXTREME LANGUAGE BARRIER. THE SERVER WITH THE GOLD SHORT HAIR CUT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I JUST NEEDED TO GET THE PRICE FOR A SMALL SIDE AND SHE TOLD ME THAT YOU COULD NOT GET A SMALL SIDE OF RICE . THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHOOSE ...
The worst dining experience of my life, though the rats that ran across the floor with crumbs might disagree.
A friend told me of this place so we went for a weekday meal. The service was friendly and courteous if not spectacular and the décor was pleasant family restaurant, neat and clean. The food was unremarkable, bisque with excessive flour for thickening and bland boring crab cakes. Probably a good pla...
