I feel like I have lost a good friend. I have dined at the Temperance House for over 20 years. Tonight was the "final straw". Their prime rib used to be the best I had eaten anywhere - including a Rib Room in New Orleans - however, now it's grilled and I can cook better "steak" at home. So sad ...

To run out of Scallops and Strip Steaks, Must have been a busy night ....... then again folks in L-berg are jealous of others trying to make a few bucks.
This restaurant has a new owner and has gone down hill fast. The menu is small and the prices are high. This is a very elegant restuarant. The food is phenomenal. It is a little pricey, but well-worth it for the food that you get. As I already said, it is a "nice" restaurant so kids might now be quite at home there as some other places nearby.
