THE BEST FOOD...
Coppa 82 is a Downingtown standard. The food is terrific and well priced, but the dining area and bar could use a facelift. I consider that minor considering the overall value of the place. Coppa's mussels are as good as they get; as good as the mussels that I had in Rome and San Remo. Sometimes we order all of the seafood appetizers, they are that good.
