You grab the ingredients of the food that you want to make (Meats- Chicken, Beef, Pork, Shrimp, Turkey; Vegetables- Onions, Mushrooms, Tomatoes etc.; and then an large selection of oils/sauces to go on top of your noodles if you wish)...and then they grill it all right...

When a special occasion comes along, we usually pick the Old Country Buffet, in Salem, Oregon. The food is delicious, plus all you can eat. The prices are reasonably low, too.

Thought selection was great. Qaulity is very good, bland, but very good. They also have a spice bar so you can spice it up as much as you like. If you walk away hungry it's your fault.
