Being one of those that are always on the look out for a new Thai place to try I was excited to hear the raves in a chat room about this place. From the outside I was slightly sceptical. It looked small-ish, but was massively busy. The smells were wonderful coming through the door way though so i...
fantastic food
The food was excellent and unbelievably unique. We had fine service and the spot where we sat was very comfortable.
Had Lunch on there last Friday while visiting my daughter at Reed College. The food and service were excellent! The Hotter than Hell Chicken and Salad were AAAAA!

Amazing food. They have cheeses that you can't find anywhere else. The ambiance is great, the staff and owners are friendly and the wine bar is unique. I have been going there for 15 years and i still love it....

Flafel Sandwich was the best I ever had, price was only $5.50, their prices very cheap even if you compare it to the food carts. Large selections of Italian Gelato
I loved my entire dining experience. Great service. The food was fabulous and served family style. I went with 5 people and we all got something different. It was great to be able to pass around the really elegant silver serving dishes and try all the items. The rack of lamb, breast of duck and l...

Just ate at Cafe Voila and really enjoyed the food. I had the Smoked Trout Salad with a cup of Broccoli and Parmesan soup. The combination of flavors of the salad was really impressive. And at their prices I will be skipping on the carts and eating inside at a real table!

Incredible food! The service, the wine, the fabulous beet salad, the perfectly cooked trout, absolutely no complaints.

This was a favorite of our family. Had the old kid size (horse) saddle seats at kids tables from the restaurant building's past. Loved the teriyaki the service and sauce... This restaurant building has been redone and is another place now.... We miss our "old" Kokiyo!

The owner (the main lady that works here) was cheerful, but she got the job done in a timely manor. The frank was really quality meat, not the mystery hot dog you get at the dollar dog days at PGE Park. Tons of classic top Short and sweet: she was friendly and will remember you if you come by a ...

My wife and I "discovered" Gaya Gaya about two years ago. We have been coming back nearly every other weekend. The service is outstanding and the food is excellent. The value for our money is just great. We, and everyone else, are greeted when we enter and made to feel at home. We have been...

Unbelievable that this was the same restaurant as a few years ago. First time back 1/12/10 in at least 4 years, but I'll be frequenting the place a good bit more now. A mountainous bento, and all of it delicious.

My daughter and I came in from San Diego to visit her Father's side of the family this time around. On our last night here, all my daughter had said was that she wanted a quesadilla, and I wanted it to be downtown, and so I picked Oba. Talk about a nice surprise! The swordfish was astoundingly de...

Fabulous, carefully crafted food. Service is uneven. Typical Pearl district look and feel.
