There is only one word to describe the Golden Nugget Pancake House - Out of this World! (oops! that was four)
We eat at Chop House on a regular basis (weekly or bi-weekly) I have never had a bad meal or bad service there. Once my fish was not done to my likeing and they went out of their way to make things right and happily did so. We recommend chop house to everyone.

The restaurant is under new management and is better than ever. The wait staff is pleasant and always friendly. Great value for your money too. Large portions and a wonderful location. Jim and Jim are doing a fine job.
best ribs in town
I am still craving their fried mush and potatoe pancakes. If they shipped to St. Louis I'd be broke from ordering. Haven't been back for 10 years but loved them then and I am sure would love them now!!!!!!!!!!

I was raised in Dayton and come back ther about 4 times a year for various reasons. These trips always include ribs from old hickory. To me, they are the best after sampling many others. I only eat ribs from Hickory now.

I have been eating barbecue here for years. It is the best I have had by far. The price is a little high. But the food is great.
I think this is one of the better places to have a great steak. The service is always great and never had a bad steak.
This restaurant has the best broasted chicken and potatoes in the Dayton area. Their house dressing and homemade cole slaw are also the greatest! I highly reccommend it.
When we arrived the line was out the door but it went very fast. The service was excellent and the coffee is delicious plus they are always refilling.
