I recently ate here with my family my waiter was spaced out seemed to be more interested in socializing with the waitresses he worked with than tending to our needs. The staff seemed poorly trained unprofessional and rude. The food was overcooked and the steak fatty.

I'm from Michigan where there are many ethnic restaurants, none as good as Eva's. The best pierogi, polish dinners, imported beers, and homemade desserts. Authentic, fresh, inexpensive & very delicious!! I'm in syracuse about 30 times a year and I eat at Eva's about 30 times a year.
