Johnny's is an excellent Italian restaurant serving authentic Italian style food. Chef Louis doe's a wonderful job in the kitchen. All foods fresh from scratch, Imaginative sauces and presentations, delicious taste combinations. The only thing that bugs me is that the front door doesn't know how...
I once went to Cafe de Thai and the attitudes were so pretentious and service was highly unfriendly. I had my check book and they refused to accept my check and I will never dine there again. Try the Green Papaya in Caughlin Ranch Shopping Center, the price is right and service is friendly.
This is a great dining experience. The food is good and portions are large. The margaritas, served in mason jars, are wonderful! Close to Downtown Reno, it is convenient and there is plenty of parking. Get there early on the weekend -- it's the place to be!
Cafe de Thai provides a consistently excellent dinning experience. This is a local's favorite.
