The food is good, though certainly not traditional Thai. The service isn't the greatest...a bit too presumptuous at times. I used to go there all the time, but I was REALLY turned off by their silly feud with Tattums (next door) about parking. At dinner time, I would see cars for Cafe de Thai par...
We really enjoy eating breakfast at Truckee Rive Bar and Grill. Is usually our first choice. The food is very well prepared and presented, the atmosphere casual and welcoming.

Good food, fair price, kids menu okay, but they brought kids food first and kids had nothing to do or eat when adults ate. Took along time for meal to come.

Quality that was the hallmark of this restaurant is noticeably slipping.

I love Cafe De Thai. I thought I wouldn't like it as much as I did. Now It's My Favorite Thai Restaurant! I try to go there every month at least. It isn't that expensive for two people. The service is great, the food, the atmosphere, and the best part is everytime I go there, it isn't crowded. I LOVE...
I really enjoy the food here but what stands out the most to me (and this is one of my particulars when having Mexican food) is their salsa. It is, by far, the best in Reno.
Best Mexican restaurant in Reno, hand's down. Their chile relleno is the best I've ever had. Also, the margarita's are the best ever, without a doubt. I go back often but not too often. I don't want to spoil the experience! :-)
their were three adults and a child 2 years old and it was his birthday. Our bill was 212.00 and i told the waitress it was my sons birthday. i have been coming to ichibans since i was 12 and i am now 36, and i have never been treated worse. the food was ok. the atmosphere was great, but for 212.00 ...

I found the food to be acceptable, but there are other much better Thai restaurants in the Reno area where the food costs half as much. The service was terrible; it was slow, the order was inaccurate, and the waitstaff was unfriendly. As far as the restaurant itself, it is a modern design that some...

The food tasted OK, though one of the shrimps was obviously bad. Service was not prompt, and definitely pretentious as well as extremely expensive. I'll wait a while before I try it again.

Fans of great northern Indian food in Reno were heartbroken when the S.S. Super Indian Restaurant closed late last year, but--joy of joys--they merely moved to a nicer location, and are now Taste of India. The food, especially their tandoori chicken, the nan bread hot from the oven, and the palek p...

Although the Thai food is not necessarily authentic, it was very flavorful and had beautiful presentation. I would go for the atmosphere alone. Our service was also excellent.

This was a great dining experience for our family. The wait staff was friendly and the food very delicious. We can't wait to return to try some of the specials. My son Liam always likes Thai food but they went nuts over a special they suggested.
I took my son and his two best friends for his 12th B-day , joining at the table were a mother and her two in thier 20's daughters. The thing is the chef started speaking in spanish to the little chickies for the entire meal. I'm not one to complain, but for the 40.00 a head I want to believe my che...
I have never tasted enchilada sauce like that in my life... I was in heaven! They had live mariachi bands, a patio, and a super fun bar area. It is the locals hangout and is blocks from downtown. The servers are spunky and take a personal interest in taking care of your needs. This restaurant is...

My girlfriend & I stopped here for dinner on a weekday. The service was adequate. The food was not authentic Thai food, however. The food was good, but seemed to be Asian dishes (mostly Chinese) with a Thai flair to them. Worth a visit, but I probably would not return.
We have eaten here twice when coming to Reno and loved it both times. You get the choice of having your food fixed in front of you by the chef or eating in a regular booth. The food was great. Call ahead for reservations.

This is a great little place for authentic Mexican food. The tacos are very small, but exceptionally tasty. The place is always packed and the prices are great
