Excellent.
The ambience of the restaurant is amazing! So romantic! Classic Sinatra and friends playing in the background! Perfect first date or special occasion place! The portions are huge and taste wonderful! Excellent Itailian wine selection and don't forget the lemoncello! Definitley a place to visit...

A great steak house in the Ballantyne Resort. I loved the prime beef I had and the service was amazing! My husband and I live in the area and there is no reason to go downtown anymore!
The food was delicious and presented in an appetizing and visually pleasing manner. The service was outstanding. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. Our 15 year old grandaughter was able to vary menu orders to suit her taste. A delightful dining experience.
Not a good experience, last time. The food wasn't too good.
Go only if you want to have chicken which is very good. Poor ambiance. In other words go only you don't feel like cooking are hungry and just want chicken to eat and don't want to spend much money.

Food is amazing - we clean our plates. We just got back from Peru and wanted to taste the chicken and Genaros was even better that the one we had in Lima, the place is clean and nice and the decor is very attractive.
Here is the thing. If you want probably the best Rotisserie Chicken in Charlotte, then go to Genaro's. I will not suggest anything else for the rest of dishes lack of original taste and presentation. But the Chicken, will leave you wanting for more.
Genaro's is always a good choice. Great rotisserie chicken, tamales are good - real corn husks, and friendly service. Very reasonably priced, lots of food for the money. Tried the pork chop this time and it was awesome. Great seasonings used - not the ordinary.
I went here 2 weeks ago with my friend. The food was great, the wait staff super, and service was very fast. I enjoyed everything there and intend to go back this weekend.
Very disapointed in this restaurant, my girlfriend and I where treated with terrible service. I recomend any one who values there time and dining experence to avoid the restaurant.
My family and I have eaten at this diner several times. We have never had bad service or bad food. For the money it is a great value. The omlets are 3 times the size of regular restruants as are all the menu items. And if your not sure what you want, they have just about anything you could ask for.
I went to Grandma's for a friends birthday gathering. I had no idea Grandma's offers tasty vegetarian food, open mic, jazz, pica low....let's just say I'm going back.
