The two female servers that work during the day have worked there too long. Please find someone pleasant and not so unhappy !
This deli was very dirty and coolers where not working. Spotted people smoking in the kitchen and girls making subs wearing no gloves ,management was rude and showed no care at all.
I had a catering job done here, for my parents 40th Wedding aniversity. Was set up by the owner Steve and delivered by his son Mike. The food was cold and chicken raw, it was a nightmare . Don't use this company ,for it was the worst day, of my life.They would not even refund me my money.

our overall experience was terrible, upon seating i asked for a Labatts Blue, a brand of beer which i had known to be previously on the menu. the owner and waiting staff verbally abused us stating that we knew that no alcohol would further be carried. they hovered around us like a fly on a turd wait...
Good soup! Very slow service. Main course tasted vaguely burnt (BLT). Will not go back in this lifetime.

The lady that seated us was friendly...and we sat for 10 minutes with 5 tables in the place...and 4 servers and not ONE person approached us so we walked out...We eat out 5 or more times a week and that was the worst service EVER...Will NEVER go back!!!!

I loved the location- a renovated old building. The veal medallions with morels was outstanding. Definately a gem!
