Diner reviews of McDonalds Restaurant
A diner from Plymouth, MI
May 14, 2010
After having stopped going to this McDonald's because of the mistakes I decided to try it one last time. Three times in one week this McDonald's couldn't get a morning drink order correct. (Three coffees and a diet coke.) First time they were out of decaf and got the coffees mixed up in regards to add-ins. Second time they messed up the add-ins again. Third time, and the last, they made me pull up because they were OUT of regular coffee. The (unfriendly) gal came out juggling three drinks...no carrier and no napkins. When I got to work, there was no straw for the pop in the bag either. Note to the new manager...Step up your accuracy and customer service!
