I work in Downtown Detroit, and used to have lunch at Maverick's prior to its brief closure. At that time the food was good and the service matched. Since it's reopened the menu choices are all still excellent but the service is terrible. I've eaten there 3 times since the reopening, hoping that it ...

My husband works in Charlottesville and always takes people to Maverick's for business lunches. He has never been disappointed. He especially likes their Kansas City Steak Soup. We've been there for dinner as well and enjoyed it a lot.
flaming fajita best ever
As part of a group of 3 couples all over 40 years of age, we were unimpressed with your party policy. The waitress refused to give us 3 bills, and some in our party were paying with credit cards. Your waitress assured us that we owed her $10.00 in tips, which we were planning to pay tips anyway, but...
This resturant is such a wonderful Mexican expierience! You must try this resturant! The Service is great, but the food is better!
We have been going there for years and recently moved but we gladly drive 1 1/2 hours for a great meal. The food is great and you really get your money's worth. The staff is great, but could be a bit friendlier. Have turned a lot of people on to the Mexican Village Restaurant. I'm even planning on...
We attended a Memorial Service At Ste Anne's Church and had lunch at Mi Puenlo following mass. The food was authentic and delicious, the service was excellent, and the restaurant is beautiful. It was a most pleasant experience.
NOW, THIS IS WHAT I CALL BARBEQUE!! IT'S NOT BAKED! IT'S GRILLED OVER CHARCOAL LIKE IT SHOULD BE. THE TASTE CAN'T BE BEAT.
The greatest!!! The ribs are a must, and all the sides are excellent.
I am a regular of this place. Overall the food is de-liouso... The service is always friendly and lately they have improved the waiting period. Sometimes you can tell that a different person cooked the ribs, but 9 out of 10 you'll love the selection. Try it you'll like it.
Everyday is a WONDERFUL.....2DAY I JUST KEPT SAYING I WANTED SOME OF MILT'S 4PIECE WHITE BROASTED CHICKEN DINNER W/COLESLAW & FRIES WITH THEIR FAMOUS SAUCE POURED ON TOP OF THE PERFECTLY COOKED STEAK FRIES! 2DAY I ORDERED ME A BROASTED CHICKEKN DINNER FROM MILT'S GOURMET BBQ & unbenounced 2 me my or...
This restaurant was way overpriced. I got a chicken shish kabob that was good but over 15 dollars for one kabob, some rice pilaf, a bowl of soup, and some bread. I could have gone to a coney island for half the price. My wife got the breaded shrimp that was just ordinary butterflied frozen shrimp...
Ever time I come to Detroit I eat here. My favorite appetiser is their steaks bites. Best atmosphere LOVE IT....
After all the hype - it was a waste of time - forget the convenience for Fisher Theater goers. Terrible place. They were 40 minutes late in seating us for a reservation made over a week earlier. Claimed they were having trouble in the kitchen and getting food out in time. We found out why. First the...
Awful experience from the time we walked in. The Hostess had the personality of ...Let's just say I've seen Funeral Directors with better behavior. I gave 5 stars for my waitress ONLY. The Food is pitiful, the mac & cheese taste like stove top cardboard. And that Manager, OMAR MITCHELL has an eg...
My date and I went for a drink and appetizer before a play at the Fisher Theater. The place look promising-- clean and somewhat classy. It took a very long time before we received our drinks. The staff seemed quite confused, in fact, despite our simple order. When we asked for a menu, we were ha...
