Best lasagna I've ever had. Very cozy and quaint. Wait staff can be hit or miss, but it's always a personal experience. Both times I've been there the chef/owner has visited and chatted us up. A good "serious date" spot.
3 couples went, for a friend's birthday dinner, and we had a fabulous time. the food, wine, and service were all excellent! Planning to go back...tonight, as a matter of fact!!
Nice place, little pricey. Servers never refill your drinks, they walk around like zombies
Best dark roast coffee in town...great staff, great neighborhood java joint...worth the trip!!
salmon entree is the best I've ever had
Just found this place and have been back twice in a week....The best porck chops and greens I have ever had....The cobbler was out of this world and the sweet potato pie mwas GREAT!!!!!!
Have gone here a few times. The wife and I get dim sum on the weekends. They offer cart service and i have to say (not bad). I've lived in Los Angeles and am kind of spoiled when it comes to anything asian. They offer all the normal stuff and a few interesting things. If your looking for the re...
They are known for the breaded tenderloin (it is as big as a platter size plate). The grilled tenderloin, chili cheese nachos and the french fries are also very good.
This is THE place to eat if you really love steak. The flavor is perfection. The service can't be beat. You will not be disappointed here. The prices aren't for the weak of heart..but don't leave Indianapolis without trying it just once.
Really the only Japanese restaurant downtown, Mikado has very fresh sushi, but you'll pay more for the atmosphere and location. The service at times has been less than perfect, but all in all a good choice for Japanese food in Indianapolis.
Great place to come with friends or on a date Pretty cool sushi joint here with half-priced sushi on Monday and $6 Martinis. I really like the atmosphere. If you sit at the bar you can watch them make sushi and you get really enthusiastic service. If you don't want to sit at the bar you should prob...

Menu is limited, but items on it are good. Traditional German entrees - mostly variations of Schnitzel. The spaetzle is great! They also have strudel and other German desserts. Small cafe ambience, with small friendly staff.

This has been my favorite Chinese restaurant since moving to Indy 16 years ago. They have the best hot and sour soup I've ever had and I love the wor shu chicken and almond boneless chicken. The Mongolian beef is also excellent as well as their eggrolls. The owner and his family are always pleasa...
I really enjoy MCL; however, the managers are very rude to their employees. I have been at the cafeteria and heard managers speaking to employees and not even taking in consideration that they are getting on to them in front of co-workers and customers. If the managers feel that a employee needs t...
MCL is a great place to get real home cooking. I am disappointed with the management team. They are as friendly as their employees. I think the management team forgets where they got their start. They also forgot what it is like to be just a employee. Maybe the management team needs to have mor...
Outback Steakhouse is never a disappointment. You can count on good-to-excellent food at a reasonable price. The waiters/waitresses really know their stuff. All in all a "better than average" place to dine.
I LOVE this place!! This is the best tasting Japanese food that I have had so far. Even Benihana can't top it. They are also very affordable especially if you go during luch time.
I have been going to this place for years...The food and service has been consistently great. It is flavorful and fresh. Many Chinese Buffets have dried out chicken but not this place! The chicken has always been moist and flavorable! Last of all I find the place very affordable.
The food and the prices are what one expects from a Bob Evans restaurant. Management needs to have a chat with a few of its servers about bad attitudes. Smoking should not be allowed at the counter since the counter sits in the nonsmoking room!
A little competition would do this restaurant some good. Prices stay high because people have so few choices for eateries in this neighborhood! Food and service are pretty good here. The gift shop is fun to browse through. Breakfast without grits would be a welcome change!
