The women who run the propylaeum are wonderful. The person who runs the resturant karin glass is by far the worst thing about this place. She talks to much, and 90% of what comes out of her mouth is a lie. The overall experienc would be a lot nicer if she would just shut up and let the guest enjo...
I know this is an Indy institution, but its yucky. Just walk toward the Indy Athletic club and smell around the kitchen area...nightmares.
Don't go.
Good chicken strips, bad serivce!
Pretty good for Indy. Good beer selection and live music. Bread and salad was really good, entrees are good sized and tasty.
Only downer, its in a basement and smells it.

Our food was great, but the service SUCKED HUGE!!!!!!!!!! Items cold, couldn't get refills, the help disapearing, silverware spotty. And the decor, it looks like alunch counter!

This restaurant would get a higher rating from me if the steaks weren't smothered in garlic. Another problem seems to be that children using the "salad bar" aren't monitored and some of their behaviors are less-than-appetizing!

Waited an hour for our food. Server knew nothing about the food. The food was very spicy even the "mild sauce" was very hot. Steak did not taste good. Took forever to get a drink. "There was a hiccup in the kitchen". We complained and they did give us 4 meals for free.
The food is so-so. Tastes pretty bland. The atmosphere is like a cafeteria. I am a chinese food lover and this is not a favorite place of mine.
It seems like every other time i go they get my order wrong. I like the food but its getting annoying to drive home and then finding out that my meal is wrong and then having to drive back to get the right meal.
They do NOT offer travelers discount.
