The food is very authentic. The prices are excellent. I recommend you give it a try.

This elegantly decorated room now serves as a lunchtime buffet during the week and a Sunday brunch buffet on weekends. The price therefore is fixed, for about $7.50 you can eat fine pasta, meat, salads, vegetables both cold and hot, an assortment of breads, and a selection of desserts along with a s...

A sandwich shop, definately a sandwich shop. Nice for a quick lunch, they also deliever. Nothing particular special though these sandwiches are better than the chains of Subway and Blimpies by a long shot. Small dining area inside so I recommend getting it to go.
Good place to hop in for a laid back lunch. The food is fine and reasonable in price but with those big TV a bit too loud. Also not a good place for anyone under 13 because of noise annd type of customer. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgable. I love the stuffed breadsticks -- they...

A fair copy of "homemade style" food at a reasonable price. Basic menu, with some some selection of the sides, and daily specials. The staff seems few in number and at busy times this can be a problem. Seating is somewhat communal in nature so you may end up sitting next to some you know know -- s...

Expensive and the food is a bit too "fancy" for my tastes. Very popular though it seems, though the menu has gotten even more "Californian in style.

Our dinner food was fabulous! The presentation on both the appetizers and the entrees was beautiful, and the taste matched. I have no complaints about the food at all. Our waiter, however, seemed bored, uninterested, and terse. He didn't visit very often, even though the restaurant wasn't very c...
The muffins and desserts are a delight -- priced reasonably too. Breakfast there was fine but a very limited menu overall. Good for a snack or evening dessert to chat during with friends. Outside, up-stairs, and downstairs dining areas allow one to spread out a bit.

I like the sandwiches and the decor best here. One of the few places in town that serves breakfast during the week as well. However, those chips that automatically come with a sandwich need to go -- they are dry and the taste is too spicy for some of the sandwiches. Instead they should allow you ...

If you want good BBQ, big steak fries, and drinks with a rowdy atmosphere, then Yogi's is for you. Not a romantic place nor the best place to chat one on one, it can be a fun night out for a small group. In summer there is outdoor dining but under a canopy so you don't have to worry about rain, ju...

Located in the mall, this is cheap and quick way to grab some food that isn't too unhealthy. But being in the mall also means dealing with crowds and crowded dining areas. Overall I prefer the some eatry back on the IU campus where it was less crowded (usually).
I love KFC -- or at least I did until this one messed up our order 5 out of the last 6 times we've visited. They only take cash and the staff seems very clueless about the product and how to go about serving it. Drive on by, don't bother stopping.

Nice big sandwiches for the price. Needs a bit more selection and I don't particularly like the default sides that come with the sandwich. Can be very crowded and the setting varied between fairly initimate boothes or communal picnic tables. Don't go during the lunch rush, please, if you need to...
I've been to Legends twice. It is a dance/music/bar in Bloomington and as such not the most comfortable for either children or conversation. The tables are a bit too close for my taste and the food very average. Prices were fairly average too so if you go to watch the strippers or a band, you won...
This restaurant is good if you like chinese-american food on the simple yet tasteful side. It has a somewhat wide selection to choose from. From the appatizers to the main dish, this restaurant's food is tasty, tasty, tasty!

This place is completely over-rated. The food is not nearly what it should be for the price. Visited twice and was very disappointed both times.

I may have Irish ancestors, but I don't particularly care for Irish food or alcohol. I found it noisy, not really the best place for a romantic night out in any sense. Very very popular around St. Patrick's Day and on weekends during the regular school year.

Tuesdays lunch time brings the 99 cent soft shell taco and the crowds to Tortilla Flat. The food is good, more authentic than say a Chi Chi's. The rood and furniture however is shaky -- literally my chair shook while I ate -- it seems pulled together from garage sales. The staff was quick and ans...

The little description next to it on this web page says "donut shop" -- this is not a donut shop. Nor is it a "cafe" really. It is a cafeteria -- you order and take your food on a try to pay for it then find a place to sit. The staff is friendly but a bit over anxious to pick up after you so don'...

I'll go here if my friends want to, but personally I prefer Pizza Hut or even, I can't believe I'm saying this, Papa John's. I don't like the pizza here, something about the sauce I just dislike. The other food is good, but for a pizza place to have poor pizza is silly. Can be very noisy with that...
