I would have to disagree. We had excellent food but the service was horrible! And the cost was way too expensive.
My husband and I ate at Garfield's for lunch. It took forever to get our food and then it was cold. People who sat down after us had their food before us. Not worth the price & the service was not good.

I was craving pizza and just happened by this restaurant. My family of four enjoyed everything about the place. The food was excellent, as was the staff and decor. It would be my favorite place to eat if I lived closer!!

Simply put, Boobys is a great college town deli. The food is cheap and tasty, so come to school at SIUC, and get good subs.
The food was cold, and the drinks were grossly overpriced.... over $4 for a juice-glass-sized mixed drink that was mostly ice. I left hungry, and feeling like my pockets had been picked. I definitely will not return to this restaurant, although I am frequently in the Carbondale area.
