Seems the food was a bit over priced and took qiute a bit of time
Hot Rock has excellent food and an awesome environment to dine at (very modern yet classic). Sometimes it may take a few minutes to get your food but it's worth the wait!
I absolutely love this restaurant. They have the best sushi in town and the atmosphere is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to "first timers" when it comes to sushi- they are very polite and will help you with your choices. The food was excellent!
I have lived in Pensacola since the mid 70's and have eaten in every Sushi restaurant between Pensacola and Ft. Walton. Ichiban is THE best Sushi restaurant in my opinion. Both my husband and I loved this place, the portions were large for the price, Sushi Rolls & plates were displayed with great artistry, large menu selection, and the service was excellent. We will definitely return often.
