I am a regular patron of Charley's Steak House and have recommended this restaurant to many of my colleagues. The service is exceptional and the food never disappoints.
The food was great, but the service was horrible. We had to wait 30 minutes for our reserved table. After our waiter took our order, he disappeared. My husband and I travel to Orlando 4-6 times a year and we NEVER make a trip without at least one night at Charley's. We have never been disappointed and have reccomended many friends, family and co-workers there as well. It has the best steak I have ever ordered and the waiters are top notch.

If you want Ponderosa food quality at Mortons of Chicago prices, this is the place for you. I expected much higher food quality and better service for the $40+ per meal prices.
Charley's is a great special occasion restaurant. Especially if you are celebrating a birthday (if you go on your actual birthday and show your ID, you eat for FREE)! The food is fantastic and the service is great. We always look forward to our visits to Charley's.
Charleys service is great. The steaks are the best that my wife and I have ever had. Desserts are also among the best that we have had. Interior is a little dark, but overall well worth going to, and well worth the wait. Reservations advised.

This place is awesome, I have tried many of the items on their menu,all of the foods i have tried are excellent, but their chicken and waffles are the best ever. And you can't beat the prices.
We tried it after seeing a coupon because it is out of our way. Excellent ribs, chicken and pulled pork followed by large tasty homemade desert. Popular priced. What is not to like?
