The food was great, but the service was horrible. We had to wait 30 minutes for our reserved table. After our waiter took our order, he disappeared. One person in party did not receive his salad, but the waiter never came to check on things. They ran out of sides. I wouldn't know if it was clean or dirty because it was so dark we couldn't see the menu or our food. I had looked forward to this for months during my visit to Orlando and had recommended it to my friends as the place to go, but will never go back and neither will any of the other folks in our group. That much money spent for lousy service - there are other places to go.

I am a regular patron of Charley's Steak House and have recommended this restaurant to many of my colleagues.
The service is exceptional and the food never disappoints.

My husband and I travel to Orlando 4-6 times a year and we NEVER make a trip without at least one night at Charley's. We have never been disappointed and have reccomended many friends, family and co-workers there as well. It has the best steak I have ever ordered and the waiters are top notch.

I give this place 4 stars on service, quality food with 3 stars for being way to loud because the tables are right in top of each other. Ask for the private dining room to enjoy your company.

well managed, staff is attentive, and food is good sometimes overly salted. I enjoy their selected low calorie choices.

There are many nice Sushi restaurants in Orlando, I would not bother to go back to this one. No atmosphere & the food was bland.

Been coming to the Orlando original location for 30 years. Consistently one of the top 10 in the country. Never had a bad meal. In my earlier days I would drive from Miami 3 hours to have dinner and then drive back.
