Horrible customer service. Argue with their customers. No consistency with the food, one time it's fantastic, next time there is a problem. It's hit and miss. We frequent Joseph's during our weekend bike rides. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is what Jacksonville Beach (Atlantic Beach) represents .... a laid back atmosphere, great food, at a great value. We live in Ponte Vedra Beach and there's nothing like Joseph's !!!

The new owner is rude and cheap. She wouldn't allow a "to go tea" without charging me another $2 after I already spent over $9 for one trip to the buffet and a drink. I'll never go back. I'll stick to the restuarants that appreciate their loyal customers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joseph's is the best value out there. The staff is friendly, the ambience makes you feel at home, the food is spectacular. Everything is made right there in their kitchen. I have been going to Joseph's since the 60's. It is Jacksonville's best!!
