It's not as good as it used to be. Their quality has dropped as they've expanded, and why are all of their restaurants so COLD inside? They have the A/C set so low inside that the pizza is cold before you're even half done eating it!

Every time I am at this place they never have what I want!!!! They should tell you what they don't have before you tell them what you want. I have also been there 2 times around 8:30 pm and they were closed... I mean, come on, it is pathetic that a business can't stay open as long as their door says...
This was a disappointing experience. Food and service were mediocre at best. The real issue is that the restaurant is located in a resort with Valet Parking only. The Valet company is uninsured! They smashed my car into another and I am having to deal with it. Avoid at all costs.
Rustic Inn has lost a few steps over the years. In the 90's it was great now it's just big prices and small portions.
