Excellent ribs/food

Have been dining at Big Daddy's (Flanigans) since 1968. Hallandale is close, so we eat there once a week. We usually have their awesome ribs. Had (fresh) dolphin, prepared Francais. It was delicious. Had not eaten all day so did not want to eat my usual ribs on empty stomach, too much fat. Dolphin was not fresh.. just made it home to hit the Loo. Just got off phone with manager, Jeff. He said they usually do not do this... give a comp meal... I said who my server was and have my American Express receipt, not interested in drama, just wanted to give them heads up on bad batch of dolphin. I should have known better,as weather has been cold here, windy (not good for dolphin fishing) Live and learn, will now write Corporate with a report. Many of my friends have been getting ill dining out here in Ft. Lauderdale area. My grown kids are vegetarians... starting to understand. We never report this as believe it is isolated... Everyone needs to document food borne illness.

Their plethora of lunch specials are outstanding. They are priced at about $5, and you just have to purchase your drink. Try it out. You won't be dissapointed. And if you are, so what..... where else are you going to get a complete meal With soup or salad for 5 bucks?!?!?!?
