4 cheese tosted bagel with cream cheese, onion and tomatoe is the best begal I've had.
Have enjoyed going to Tipps for years, even if sometimes it is sometime between visits.
I have especially liked the Buffet and its variety of food and flavors.
I have also appreicated the friendly service, including being greeted by the owner.
I have read diffferent sources that have not favored...
I would have loved to rate Prime as a 4 to 5 star restaurant (I would rate it 3.5 stars if possible). This is our third time dining at the Prime, and they are improving, but still have a way to go. We enjoyed the 4-course meal off the special "Chef's Preview" menu, and thoroughly enjoyed each cour...
Art's has the best hamburgers I've ever tasted. I think it is the freshly baked buns that make them so delicious. Everything there is yummy.
it's really good! it is fast food, so don't expect anything fancy.
This is a small, clean, restaurant in a busy part of town yet the mood is relaxing and the service is excellant. They have the best coconut rice I've had and overall the food is very good.
Taj has a nice and quiet atmosphere. we ordered the chicken curry which was quite tasty and the garlic naan was awesome...wouldn't recomend the lentil soup though
One of the few Chinese restaurants we will dine at. The other being the Peking Inn in Camarillo. This restaurant is the closest to the restaurants we ate at in the San Gabriel valley when we lived in the LA area. Asians eat here which is my sign of good Chinese food.
Ventura has no topper to "Pauline's" Gourmet Oriental. Always fresh, never any MSG, and tastes that brings our family back for more. My daughter, the world's most finicky eater, consistently requests her favorite - Tangerine Chicken.
Duke's used to be one of the best little burger shops on the beach. We'd been going for years. No longer. Duke's is under "new management" and they've dropped their World famous fried calamari. Their food is decent, but the service is a bit surly and the "new management" just doesn't take care of th...
I have been dining at Joannafina's since the late 1990's. They are consistnet, you are guaranteed the food will taste the same (delicious) every time. It is the place to go for tamales and Sunday brunch - the posole is the best! The owners are delightful! The "Trio" on Sundays is energetic! Lovely...
Food was not hot
Food was not what was described on the menu
Circus-like atmosphere
Long wait times
Unorganized staffing
Indifferent owner
Many negative reviews
It is true Pauline remembers mine and my husbands order all the time!! They have great prices with great food. I go at least 4 times a month!!
Go spend your money somewhere else...seriously!
Their food is mediocre at best. It's obvious they use low quality ingredients and to make matters worse the food is too overpriced.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Trust me on this.
The guy that wrote the first review has a vengance streak, he's posting the same review all over the internet.
Don't let vengence dissuade you.
I was there for the first time last week. Food was good, service was good. Exceptional? No. Worth a return visit? Yes.
There were six of us at...
'Forced to pay for food we sent back and never ate!"
Just an awful experience!
Went there with my gal on a Saturday night for a nice romantic dinner. We had reservations for 7 PM.Our waiter was nice, but the service was a bit on the slow side, I figured this was due to the weekend crowd...
I'm visiting a relative in Ventura, CA, and have eaten at Christy's 5 times so far, so obviously I'm a fan. Lot's of locals seem to agree. This is a family owned and operated restaurant and all were eager to please. If it's not on the menu, just tell them what you want and how you want it. No proble...
I all have to say is "It Rock's"
You've got to be kidding! Really bad!!!!! Starting off with the water, it had a funky taste. Ordered raspberry iced tea - no flavor
My sweetie ordered cherry coke - got bland iced tea. Sent it back.
Sent my iced tea back - got cherry coke. That was the beginning.
Service - couldn't understand...
