This is a small, clean, restaurant in a busy part of town yet the mood is relaxing and the service is excellant. They have the best coconut rice I've had and overall the food is very good.
Have enjoyed going to Tipps for years, even if sometimes it is sometime between visits.
I have especially liked the Buffet and its variety of food and flavors.
I have also appreicated the friendly service, including being greeted by the owner.
