Red Lion is bringing an exciting new restaurant concept to Ayrsley Town Center. The Gastronomy Pub combines an eclectic mix of old world cuisine with a contemporary vision lead by our professionally trained chef. Our bar is retrofitted from a 250 year old English church that we have complimented by an array of antique furniture that has been collected from around the world. The restaurant is surrounded by rich dark wood which has shaped an elegant yet inviting atmosphere which caters to the sophisticated and the casual diner. Red Lion is just what Charlotte needs, a beautiful, yet unpretentious bar and restaurant that has something for everyone. We make out sauces and salad dressings from scratch. Join us in celebrating the beginning of what is to become a Charlotte Tradition!
