About Rack Shack BBQ
Our focus is on the food using our own family recipes, our own rubs, and our own sauces. Our meats are smoked fresh daily. No re-heats here! You'll find pull' pork, ribs, brisket, birds, and more. All wood fire smoked with traditional sides like cheesey mac, beans, slaw, corn bread, and special sides we'll feature on a limited time basis.
Stop in and pull up a chair. We would love to get to know you. Or drop us a note on the blog. NOT the jimmys lemon tree old timers from the twin cities area remember fondly, but a hideous dump with the worst ribs ever. avoid at all costs unless a meal of gristle and fat with no flavor is your cup of tea.

If you like tacky decor, than this is the place for you. Every inch of the wall is painted or has some hideous picture or statue displayed. The large bulb Christmas lights dangling all over the restaurant is a plus.
