A not easy to get hole in the wall, located behind the Enterprise rental car lot at the airport (though not on airport property), Pupuseria Mama Blanca serves up really delicious home cooked food, it appears, by three generations of women. The papusas (particularly cheese and bean) are amazing and the beans really really good. I have had the shrimp with cilantro, a delicious and heaping plate of food for $12 both times I've been there. In the summer, it's fun to take the water taxi over from downtown.

A not easy to get hole in the wall, located behind the Enterprise rental car lot at the airport (though not on airport property), Pupuseria Mama Blanca serves up really delicious home cooked food, it appears, by three generations of women.
