Today was my first experience at Pumpernickles. I ordered a grilled cheese. When I received my grilled cheese, I noticed a hair melted in the cheese. I usually don't send things back,but this was pretty gross. The waitress sent it back and while in the kitchen, I overheard her say,several times, "Should I just take it out?" Then, a male voice said he would make a new grilled cheese, but that "she (the customer) still has to pay for it." Unprofessional and gross. I won't be back.
