This restaurant is outstanding. The service, food, atmosphere, the owner and his sons just added the experience I had at Cafe Napoli. I come in town once a month and now I know where to go for the best Italian food in St. Louis.

The Pizza is great, not the usual type of pizza but with a crunch crust and provolone cheese.

I like this place! I've been going there for years! They don't pretend to be anything but who they are.. A family owned restaurant from Northern Italy that serves good food.

Uh...to the above post. Cafe Napoli is not a McDonalds...take out at a fine dining restaurant? To the people who know Cafe Napoli, obviuosly this person doesnt know what they are talking about!
Menu on web is not updated for prices. Pick up cost 15% more than stated. Con Frutti Mare - was just noodles, oil, few tastless baby shrimp and few clams. Bad recipe and bad value. Take out order was packed with butter packets loose which melted beneath the hot items causing grease to leak and destroy clothes and stain car seat. Arrogant front door personnel.
