Just came back from New Saigon in Foster City. We enjoyed the service, the food and the owner was very courteous and helpful. The pho was delicious and served quickly. The fresh spring rolls and fried vegetarian spring rolls were both tasty, served with 2 dipping sauces. The fresh coconut water and the coconut milk with red bean drinks were also very good. We would make the trip down again from San Francisco to Foster City, to eat some good pho and enjoy the sunshine!
