Essex Restaurant Guide

This diner is a hit or miss experience. If the owner takes your order you can get great food. If the rest of the staff helps you its anyones guess. I also do not appreciate an unfriendly staff. I think they are overpriced. Also if a mistake is made with your order they do not want to take it back. I am sorry if I am paying 8.00 for an omelet that only cost you 1.00 and you make it wrong you should make me a new one. It is supposed to be the service industry right? I think someone should tell them that! Too bad because its their attitude that is the problem not the food.
