Patio Restaurant The

This restaurant contains much of Florida's history, and the atrium is very inviting. However, as a former employee of another business under the same ownership, I must tell you that the "Front of House" is the only pleasant thing in the restaurant. I have seen things in the kitchen that were so bad they made me shudder in disgust. Food left sitting out all night, cockroaches climbing the walls, trash left inside from the previous night... not to mention the rumors of your favorite bottle of high quality liquor being filled with a much cheaper product.
You must decide for yourself. Agreed the "Early Bird Menu" and two-for-one drinks after 9 PM will continue to draw a crowd, but if live a health driven lifestyle and have a taste for the gourmet, stay away from The Patio Restaurant.
