been eating at Italian Grill for over 12 years, and find it to be the best Italian restaurant in Indian River county. Consistant,clean,priced well,and a staff thats been there for years.We simlpy love it!

The food is good but the service could be better. You have to wait to place your oder and hope that you don't need anything during the meal because you are not checked on. And you then have to wait for your bill. It's definitely worth a try as everything has been great but make sure you have plenty of time.

New to Vero Beach and had to go there since all my neighbors were raving about the food and service. It was great! Will be back and have nothing but praise for the food, ambiance and service. Keep up the good work.

i ate there en route to titusville. the messina chicken was tasty, but apparently the dish or the water was tainted, as i began to feel EXTREMELY groggy on the road afterwards. that was dangerous, though a bartender at a melbourne ruby tuesday's gave me a coke to help revitalize me for the last leg. my passenger suggested that maybe the tasty rehydrated imported portobello mushrooms in the recipe had some bad ones mixed in. and this was eating only half the dish, saving the rest for a midnight snack, which i did to avoid ordinary post-meal grogginess when sitting for a long time after a filling meal.

HORRIBLE restaurant. I ordered the prime rib, cooked medium, it came back way overdone. I asked for a new one and was told by the waiter that you couldn't have it done anything less that medium well. The meat was not
