I work right up the hill from Panera Bread and have been going to the one in the Waterworks mall for over 4 years. The past 3 time I went there I got my food back to work and it was all wrong! The last time I was there was on Friday December 2 and the girl who waited on me was so rude!! She rolled her eyes the whole time we where ordering and was just plain NASTY! I normally do not say anything because I know it's hard to work somewhere and deal with people all day long I did it for 5 years, but this girls attitude was very wrong! I was very unhappy! And to top it off our food was wrong once again! I love eating at Panera and I do not want to have to stop going there because there is not one by where I live.

I love this restaurant. It is a great family-friendly, neighborhood place to go eat. The salads and home made pizzas are my favorite. They also have an awesome selection of draft beers!
