About Oneburger
The first goal of Oneburger was to create a basic but more gourmet or boutique burger, using the highest quality ingredients that was a cut above the standard fast food prototype, but still more affordable that a higher-end restaurant burger. Secondly, they wanted to take the classic dish or recipes and apply then to the "art" of the burger. We really wanted to get out of the 'cheese, lettuce, tomato' box. The more creative we got in the test kitchen, the more we say the potential for truly unique burgers. Oneburger recipes are modern and really delicious and. Moreover, we feel that their time has come as today's consumers have a more sophisticated food sense.

Uh, the other reviews are obviously all from employees. This place has gone down hill consistently over the past 30 years. It is mediocre at best, but your only choice in Coral Gables, so gobble gobble!!!

Since it reopened under new ownership, I have only been once, but the food was excellent and they have a much better wine selection than before. The owners are in the restaurant and their recommendations where dead on!

Price too high. I was the only customer in the whole restaurant. I also work accross the street from there andI never see a soul visit that restaurant.
