The food was outstanding and even out-shined the shoddy service. I think the the food is very progressive and has numerous dishes from around the world to try.

This is NOT a tapas restaurant, rather a restaurant serving smaller portions for the diner to have the opportunity to sample other cuisines/dishes. This way I can order short ribs, filet, fush, etc. all under 16$ - you can't find that anywhere in the city.....

Kudos for the Chef and Kitchen staff - Boo for the Manager and service staff.
