Clarksville Restaurant Guide

New Restaurant, needs a little help with getting a crowd in Ive been there 4 times,great food and service. excellent bar specials but always quiet.

In the past couple months this reataurant has gone down hill fast. The management doesn't care and is totally cluelss when it comes to what makes a guest happy. I will not be going back there and I will tell my friends not to also.

We ate at O'Charleys on Fathers day and we had an awful experience. My husband ordered his steak medium and came out well done. The waiter said the cook could not cook this steak (prime rib 16oz) medium, my son ordered the kids steak and it was burnt. We complained to the manager, I believe his name was Greg, and he starred at us, he never offered to cook my son or husband another steak. We often eat at the O'Charleys in Gallatin but this was our first visit to the Rivergate store. WE were with 4 other family members and our family choose this restaurant. It was a awful experience, especially on Fathers Day..

o charleys has been an option for our family dinning for many years. we never get tired of ordering variety or even the usual! great option and great food!

This is my husband and my favorite restaurant. The food is great, the people are great, and it's not too expensive. They have a variety of foods. Pretty much anything you want you can get there. And their rolls and salads are just superb.
