Wow!!! What an extordinary dining pleasure this fine mesquite aroma filled restaurant was.
Starting off with a simple homemade version of a Long Island Tea, I truly enjoyed the subtleness of the adult beverage with the fresh oven mesquite flavored bread with a olive oil and three star basalmic vinigarette combo bottle and a nice simple Italian dressing based salad. My companion and I trusted our knowledgable waiter by selecting the top specials of the day. We were tempted with the Pork Osso Bucco and Filet Mignon an shrimp combo specials of the day and we were not to be disappointed.
The Pork Osso Bucco was an amazing culinary feat converting an ordinary shank of pork into a Italian masterpiece accented with a Caccatore sauce only kept secret so far by the Master Chef. Traditional sides of fresh green beans, carrots and a fettucini pasta blanket beneath added the perfect Italian touch.
The Filet Mignon and shrimps extrordinaire entree was an interesting tasty blend of a crab alfredo sauce with mushrooms, artichoke hearts also accompanied with the green beans and carrots with a nice creamy cheese risoto.
Time was not on our side tonight as we could not explore one of the succulent desserts that our waiter tried to bribe us to ensure a return visit.
It was obvious to my satisfied companion and I that no further culinary masterpiece would not convince us that this restaurant would not be a top choice to return to. The smooth, romantic and relaxing ambiance is more than enough to bring back the most demanding customer.
The cuisine was enticing enough that dozens of my co-workers and friends and I will become regular guests at the Naples Restaurant in Chandler Arizona on Warner Road and Alma School Road.
My sincerest compliments to the Master Chef and the fine, educated wait staff and management that were present on September 27, 2005.
