We had eaten at Floridino's previously, and the food and service have degraded significantly. Both our meals appeared right out of the freezer and baked quickly in the oven. We do better Italian at home, and our ingredients are from scratch. My eggplant Parmesan was obviously from frozen eggplant - my date makes it from scratch and it's much higher quality. Her spaghetti dinner's sauce wasn't even Ragu quality. A real disappointment. Service was inattentive, we left with the impression that we were supposed to feel honored that we dined there. Wrong approach. We won't be back.

Not a family restaurant anymore! F-word in front of kids from employees & "regular" patrons :/
I've been going to Floridino's since I was little. I've been there with my parents, grandparents, softball team, friends, on dates.. Now I'm 32 and the last two times I went I was reallly disappointed! The pizza's still great! and that cookie dessert thing is delicious! Just the service was horrible! I went with my husband & two sons for lunch one day, the waiter (bald guy) got a personal call & said the F-word soo loud twice! Then a week later I went to dinner with my parents & my kids (around 6pm) & patrons near the bar area were F-wording like crazy! I politely reminded them kids were present & they said oh sorry & it was fine. Then went over to that same waiter (bald jerkguy) and started whispering about us & staring! It was soo weird. So I wonder if it's a bar now, not a family restaurant anymore :(

When I visited family in Gilbert last year, we tried Floridinos due to their participation in Restaurant.com. My family has come to love your place since then, and I'd love to have another one of those coupons for my return visit in May!

I can't help be wonder why they can keep their prices down & the food at it's best. Thank you so much for the great food & the service that I have gotten from Floridino's since 1997, which is when I found you. The locations is good, parking good. Sometimes one has to wait during their dinner hours, but it's OK & worth it. Well worth the trip to have some lunch/dinner. Or even take out. The bread is out of this world, also.
