Commerce Restaurant Guide

Been meaning to try this restaurant and regret it once we had the opportunity. The main let-downs were waiting half an hour for our food and once we got it, it was cold. We both had ordered fettucini alfredo with fried chicken so it may not seem fair that we didn't try much at the restaurant. But it was very apparent that the employees with the exception of one wiping down the salad bar were all in the back. We were hoping the wait would have been worth it, but it was not. We told the staff that we were leaving due to the wait and the food being cold, and they offered to microwave it. An honest attempt I guess, but that doesn't give me the 30 minutes I spent waiting for my food.
