Mo's Crab and Pasta Factory

I was in Baltimore on business, and, on the recommendation of the hotel staff, my co-worker and I had dinner at Mo's. The food was ok, but a bit pricey. The service was the worst I have ever experienced in many years of business travel. Our waiter had an attitude from the moment we sat down, and was a real smart aleck ( not what i would really like to call him, as others will read this ). After leaving a tip ( not like he deserved one), we left and actually encountered "Mo" on the way out. Mo was very obviously more concerned with telling us which sports celebrities he is pals with, than how well we liked our food and the service. On return home, while doing our expense reports, we were surprised to see that our waiter had taken it upon himself to add an additional 17% tip to the bill without telling us, so essentially my co-worker and I both double tipped the waiter for really CRAPPY service. When my co-worker called the restaurant to complain, she was told they have had " problems" with customers leaving without tipping. Maybe they would not have that problem if Mo hired quality people, and the service was better than what we had. On top of everything, the place really needs a facelift IMMEDIATELY!!! If you are ever in Baltimore, don't waste your time ( or your money ) at Mo's.
