The manager walked away while we were reporting a problem to her!
A male employee took about half of our order and did a good job, but a girl took over. To start the fiasco, she messed up what he had already done correctly. It shouldn’t have been difficult since we had a simple order.
My adult son and I both speak clearly with no accent, but each time we stated an item, she responded inaccurately. When my son and I got tired of repeating ourselves and then correcting her mistakes, we asked for the manager.
Briefly, I explained the problem to the manager and asked her to take the order herself. She didn’t apologize or even ask for details about what the girl did; she just started to take the order. However, after we confirmed the combo, the manager left. No explanation. No “good-bye.” NOTHING. She just walked off, leaving the guy to finish.
We have been getting more and more tired of the ongoing poor service here. With many other fast food locations to choose from, no one should be subjected to such disrespectful treatment from management-level employees.
